Creamy dark rich panna cotta

A yummy recipe by the divine Tabitha Schutz  
    Ingredients
    2 tsp @thankfullynourished gelatin
    1 Tablespoon room temp filtered water
    140ml AYAM full fat coconut milk
    20g Morning Ritual ceremonial cacao
    1/4 - 1/2 tsp @morelife monk fruit powder sweeter
    Sprinkle sea salt

    Method:
    Place gelatin in water. Stir and place aside.
    Place coconut milk in small saucepan over low heat until warm. Add shaved cacao. Stir until melted. Add monk fruit and sea salt. Stir. Remove from heat and add thickened gelatin.
    Stir over low heat 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into 2 small glass jars/cups. Place in refrigerator to set overnight.

    I love to serve mine with about 40g frozen juicy blueberries heated up.
